Very well written. I could not agree more there is no such thing as a "happy period" other than they confirm you are not pregnant. These ads are probably…

Green is a new trend that is often viewed as boring or "hippie". Never having seen these commercials, going off of your description, it seems that…
I absolutely love Oreo cookies and I have enjoyed them since I was a child. I eat them in a variety of ways; sometimes I dunk them halfway in milk, take a bite or I twist them apart, eat some of the middle, and take a bite. I always have a bag of Oreos in my food pantry.
Recently, I saw a commercial for Halloween Orange Cream Oreo Cookies, the commercial was a good tactic to market in the economy due to the holiday season and it reminded me that I did not have any more in my pantry.
I went to the store and while I was on the cookie aisle, I bypassed the Orange Cream and picked up an original bag of Oreos and for the first time ever, I grabbed a bag of Double Stuff. I looked at both packages trying to figure out which one I wanted. After carefully examining the calorie, fat and non-nutrition content, I shook my head and put back the Double Stuff cookies and kept the Oreos.
Later that evening, I opened the bag and grabbed a cookie but when I twisted it apart; I immediately noticed there was something different, something missing. About ½ of the cream on the cookie was missing and the cream layer was no more than 1 mm thick.
I have examined hundreds of Oreos and I am wondering what happened to the cream? Nabisco is known for its quality. Why would they be that stingy to take away portions of the original cookie? Why are they charging me over $3 with tax for this bag of cookies and reducing the quality? This is not okay. Why did I even look at the Double Stuff? Next time I go to the grocery store do I have to buy the Double Stuff if I want to get the Oreos I remember? The generic brands now have more cream than the famous Oreo. Put it back!
Do you think that cost saving measures like this are eroding the quality in the name brand foods?
